The illustrations include a bird’s-eye view of how the development looks from the air (including an ever-present seagull), a street scene of a typical Seven Dials view, a selection of pattern-like illustrations to illustrate the creative local residents, and a colourful map to show off the surrounding Brighton and Hove landmarks, rail and road transport links and parks and green spaces.
